●  Since its foundation in 1903, ZENNER is located in Saarbrueken in  

     Germany, and is one of the biggest water meter and heat meter 

     company around the world.

●  Minol, located in Stuttgart since 1945, is one of the biggest energy 

     services company around Europe.  

●  In 2005 the group of the company Minol takes over the activities of the   

     ZENNER Group. It develops the Minol-ZENNER Group which unites   

     the two steeped in tradition companies: the Minol Messtechnik W. 

     Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG (Leinfelden-Echterdingen) and the ZENNER 

     International GmbH & Co. KG (Saarbrücken).
